Ever have a time when you just feel lost and don’t know what to do next?
Do you ever just feel lost, lost about your purpose and what the future holds for you and what to do next? Its ok to feel like this and question everything sometimes, it just means you are ready to progress. When going through this time in life, I found these where the best ways that helped me to handle it:
Just do Nothing
Just do literally nothing for 5 minutes, or an hour and see what you feel like doing. Usually when you do nothing and remain calm, some sort of inspiration can come to you.

Have a Clear Out
Clear out your wardrobe, give away to charity or sell all the things you don’t wear any more.
Breathing calms your mind, centres you, reconnects you to your body and gets you out of your head.
Do everything that relax’s you and don’t even feel guilty about it, do all the things you want to do when you are too busy; binge watch your favorite shows, read books, take time out for yourself. Stressing just makes it worse. Spend some time on your own and center yourself.
Write down all the things in your life you have to be grateful for, practicing gratitude really changes your whole mindset.
When I feel unmotivated, watching or reading something motivational really sparks some inspiration and can give you the smallest idea in the right direction. Try Ted.Com for some of the most amazing motivational talks.
You could find yourself in the right place at the right time, someone could say something to you and if could trigger some information and answers you have been looking for. Think of the bigger picture, we arn’t here forever, so don’t waste too much time stressing about the next steps, eventually you will get there at the right time.
Do something for no other reason than because its FUN! Having fun makes you feel free and inspired. Do something you really love doing and say yes to a new adventure.
Try something new
Try a new class, new exercise class, dance something active exercise always makes you feel good and de stresses you, also helps to clear your mind!
Set some goals
Write a List of and set some goals, even if it’s just for the day, small steps at a time.
