7 Steps To Detox Your Life and Move Forward

Feeling stuck, unhappy and like something is in the way? Maybe its time to detox your mind, your body and your contact list.

Undergoing a huge cleanse of my whole life this is how I’m doing it, do it with me! Lets clear out all the negativity and become happy again.💗

1. Decide

The first step is to decide you want to make a change. I knew I needed to drastically change my life when I hated my work environment, my home environment and people around me where bringing me down and even how hard I tried I couldn’t feel good and constantly felt uneasy so I changed my whole environment and got rid of a negative relationship… FREEDOM. Start by taking small steps and break free.

It’s very hard to move forward if you have underlying blockages and emotions that you need to let go of. One of the best therapeutic methods is to write it all out.

Get a journal and write out every feeling you have, emotion, things that have upset you, stressed you out lately.
Read it out loud and accept how you feel.
Tear it up or burn it and as you do, imagine the feeling going away and thinking about a situation that you would prefer instead.

It’s not about being positive all the time and blocking our negative emotions, its better to become aware about them and release them instead of burying them.

2. Forgive Yourself And Others

Holding onto grudges and things you can’t change can cause negative blocks in your life. It’s really important to practice forgiveness and letting go. (18 Quotes to help dealing with letting go here.) It’s very hard to move forward in life if you have old feelings that make you feel bad. Sometimes if you haven’t learnt to forgive a person or situation, you can attract similar situations until you learn the lesson.

Write out a letter of forgiveness to yourself: Include in it anything you feel bad about,
whether you did something wrong, you unintentionally hurt someone, or anything you always beat yourself up over. Its not about regrets its about moving forward and becoming stronger. Also think about what you learnt from the lesson, all the beautiful and amazing things you have done, all the wonderful people you do have in your life that have replaced the people you have lost, and how you changed because of it. If it didn’t happen, you wouldn’t be where you are now.

3. Organise your Environment

By clearing your space and organising your things, you make room for more positive energy to flow around you. Old clothes and belongings can carry so much old energy. You feel so uplifted and fresh from having a good clear out and de-cluttering.

Clear out old clothes and things you don’t need.
Delete photos and organise your phone and laptop.
Organise your bags, purse, draws.

4. Cleanse Your Body

Cleansing the body is one of the quickest ways to shift your energy to see things more clear. Food affects your mood! It’s fine to eat treats, but when you feel like having a huge life shift, a detox is a good idea. I did a 3 Day Juice Cleanse Detox by Organic Press Juice. 5. Remove Yourself From Strange Situations

If some sort of situation doesn’t feel right or doesn’t make sense, it probably isn’t, vibes don’t lie! Just leave, don’t respond no matter how upset or angry you may be.

When you complain you make yourself a victim, leave the situation, change the situation, or accept it, all else is madness

6. Detox Your Contact List

Remove Negative People

How we think is influenced by the people we are surrounded by, it’s really not healthy to surround yourself with people who cause drama and gossip all the time. You pick up on other people’s habits, if someone is petty you are more likely to develop petty habits. People who gossip to you, will gossip about you and there is nothing you can do about it. If you want a better life, surround yourself with those who see the good in you, who talk about dreams and ideas as it will only inspire you and influence your dreams ideas for the better. Distance away from people who tell you to “Be realistic.” Why should you?! Life is too short to be around people who make you feel unworthy.

Surround yourself with people who talk about visions and ideas, not other people.

We become like our friends. No man became great on his own. No woman can become great on her own. The people around them also help make them great. We all need people in our lives who help raise their standards. Remind us of our essential purpose and challenge us to become the best version of ourselves.”

7. Go Within

Have a soul search and have a think about all the things you like to do.

Write down all the things you want to achieve.

Clear your mind, mediate, be still and silent, when you calm your mind and body all of the best ideas and answers come to you.

You are your foundation to success, your mind, body, health is the foundation to doing anything you want. Your food you environment and relationships are all areas that can create negative blocks in your life. Sometimes you need to just clear out and have a re-evaluation so you can get back to feeling good and feeling yourself again. Now your mind and environment is all clear, now is the time to evolve into becoming your best version without any set backs.

Your peace of mind is your highest form of wealth.
