Spend the day by yourself, relaxing and taking care of yourself, sometimes its really important to spend time by yourself so you don’t pick up other peoples bad or stressed energy.
No matter how busy you are, take the time to do some things that you love to do and make you feel happy, its not time wasted if its making you feel good!
Clear out and organise your things, your phone/laptop, clothes ect.
Express yourself, accept your feelings, cry if you need to, relieve the stress and let it all go.
Cleanse your mind by sitting still for 5 minutes or more, focus on your breath and nothing else.
Detox by eating nourishing foods having healthy juices.
Exfoliate your skin, shower and imagine removing any negative energy from yourself, finish with cold water.
Avoid social media and turn your phone off for a few hours and just relax.
Put candles on and stretch your body for 15 minutes.
