How to Meditate

You can turn to meditation at anytime. You can start with 2-5 minutes then once you get used to it 10-30.

Sit or lie down comfortable.
Focus on one thing, a breathe or a thought.
If your mind starts to drift, notice and come back to your focus.
Use this time to just allow yourself to be as you are.

If you don’t want to sit still and meditate you can incorporate it in different ways such as just being present and focusing on the one thing you are doing in your day.
