The more you surround yourself with positive messages, the better you feel!

I believe our thoughts create our reality, but I really don’t really believe in ‘positive’ or ‘negative’ thinking as I believe every thought can be used to serve you in the right way and to think good all the time is too much pressure! It’s ok to feel however you want to feel and not to suppress your feelings, but I do believe that the more inspiring messages that you surround yourself the better, as it shifts your mindset completely and puts you in control.

This challenge has been inspired by Earl Nightingale who said, if you decide to take control of your mind for 30 days and put 100% into everything you are doing, it will transform your life and also set the habit of commitment and finishing things. Newton’s third law: “For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.”

So if your action is positive thoughts and putting your all into the next 30 days, can you imagine the outcome?
